Adam Burrows has joined Ware Malcomb as senior designer based in the Irvine, Calif., headquarters. Burrows brings over 15 years of design and project management experience to the position and specialized in the design of commercial and residential wayfinding signage and brand identity. Before this, Burrows was a senior designer at JB3D Architectural Graphics and Branding in Orange, Calif.
Global Spectrum has named Andres Cintron as the new director of operations at The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls (N.Y.). Before this, Cintron served as the operations manager at Dermody Properties LV Nevada and the director of engineering at the Adam’s Mark Hotel, both in Buffalo, N.Y.
The Agency Group has appointed Eddie Clemens as senior vice president and chief marketing officer to lead the company’s global initiatives. Clemens was first hired as director of Tour Marketing in May 2012 and promoted to director of Marketing in 2013 where he oversaw all the company’s branding strategies.

Venancio de Castro has been named executive director for AEG Brasil.
