Florida Georgia Line rolled through Atlantic City, N.J., playing to a sold-out crowd on May 8. with nearly 12,000 attendees packed into Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall. The Live Nation-promoted night grossed $608,500, with ticket prices ranging from $35 to $75. Florida Georgia Line continues on to Indianapolis Motor Speedway on their Anything Goes Tour, which wraps up Oct.17 at Aarons Amphitheatre at Lakewood Atlanta.
Twenty-eight of the remaining 35 performances offer VIP packages for an additional $200. Packages include exclusive merchandise, an acoustic performance from the duo, and a Q&A session. While on tour, Florida Georgia Line will perform at 14 festivals throughout the summer, all culminating Nov.7-11 with Florida Georgia Line’s 2nd annual This Is How We Cruise, a 4-night luxury cruise from Miami to Cozumel, Mexico. On top of three separate performances by Florida Georgia Line, 11 other artists will perform on the cruise, including Sam Hunt, Dustin Lynch, and Raelynn.
Iranian singer and songwriter Dariush performed his only scheduled American stop at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live, Los Angeles, May 16. A crowd of 5,800 resulted in a gross of nearly $390,000, with ticket prices ranging from $50 to $250 at the Pocket Ace Productions-promoted event. Dariush will continue on to Canada for two back-to-back performances at Théâtre St-Denis, Montreal on May 29 and Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, Toronto on May 30.
