Sara Blayne has been named general manager of SMG’s Lynnwood (Wash.) Convention Center. Previously, Blayne worked as director of Sales and Marketing at the Lynnwood Convention Center and has spent 20 years in the hospitality and events industry.
Stuart Bowe has been promoted to the position of senior vice president and general manager of Resort Operations for Atlantis, Paradise Island in The Bahamas. Bowe brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the role, having begun his career with Atlantis, Paradise Island in 1991.
Kroenke Sports & Entertainment promoted David Burke to the newly created position of senior vice president and chief ticketing officer. Burke joined KS&E in 2013, most recently serving as senior vice president of Ticket Sales for the Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Rapids.
Adam Cook has been hired as the new general manager of venue operations of Rose Quarter, Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland, Ore. Cook comes to the position after two years as general manager at Northlands in Edmonton.
The City of Lakeland, Fla., announced Anthony C. Camarillo as the new director of The Lakeland Center. Camarillo succeeds Mike LaPan, who retired in January. Most recently, Camarillo served as director of Sales and Services, working for SMG at Navy Pier in Chicago. Camarillo brings over 20 years of experience in the event management industry to the position, starting his career as an event manager in 1990 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
After a nationwide search, the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau announced Martha Falcon as its new executive director of Marketing and Communications. Falcon has over 30 years of marketing and advertising experience in the travel and tourism industry. Falcon previously led the creation and execution of campaigns for Visit Florida.
Scrum Alliance has announced Manuel Gonzalez as its new chief executive officer, the first CEO Scrum Alliance has ever had. Gonzalez brings more than 37 years of experience in a range of business areas, including hospitality, marketing, finance and operations.
Dominique Goulet has been appointed to director of Booking for AEG Facilities’ Videotron Centre in Quebec, Canada. Goulet most recently served as an event programming consultant for events and venues including Théâtre Petit Champlain, Quebecor and its branch, GESTEV, Les Grandes Fêtes du St-Laurent, Expo-Quebec and Madonna on the Plains of Abraham.
The St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission has appointed Reggie Harris as vice president of Public Safety. Harris recently retired from more than 30 years of service with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
Arts Consulting Group Inc. has promoted Rebekah Lambert to vice president of Organizational Development. Lambert joined the firm in 2009 as a senior consultant.
The St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission (SLCVC) has hired Monica Lewis as its Convention Services manager. She will be responsible for providing support services to clients. Before joining SLCVC, Lewis worked as concierge for Chase Park Plaza.
The Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau has hired April Luter as Tourism Sales manager and Stefanie Schafner as executive Meetings specialist. Luter brings over a decade of experience in destination marketing and tourism management, having most recently worked as senior projects manager with Aglet Media. Schafner joins the team after a year as sales manager with IHG Hotels.
The Agency Group has hired Tom May to the company’s Business Development and Brand Integration Division. Most recently, May worked with KCB Sports and has built multiyear endorsements and appearances for over 35 National Football League athletes.
Jurgen Moors is the new managing director of the Maastricht Convention Bureau in The Netherlands. Moors has recently worked with Berlitz International in Brussels and the Chamber of Commerce.

Pampanella joined The Agency Group in 2011 and has developed an eclectic roster of artists and personalities. Before joining The Agency Group, he worked at Sony Music Entertainment in its marketing division.
ReverbNation has promoted Simon Perry to the position of chief creative officer, head of A&R. Perry joined the company in 2013 as senior vice president of Creative. In his new role, Perry will continue to lead the company’s artist curation and development initiatives.

Harriet Potter has been promoted to vice president of Convention Sales for Anaheim (Calif.) Convention Center. Christina Dawson takes on the role of vice president of Operations. Colleen Cornett moves into the role of director of Partnership Development. Steve Rathje will be building a business intelligence team within the Marketing department.
Adelaide Convention Centre has appointed Gavin Robertson as its new executive chef. Robertson joins with more than 20 years of experience working for the Intercontinental Hotel Group. Robertson started his career at Gleneagles Hotel in his native Scotland.
Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., has hired Sean Saadeh as executive vice president of Entertainment Programming to lead an expanding booking division at the arena. Saadeh brings nearly 20 years of concert and event programming experience to the position, having worked as the director of Booking and Marketing at San Diego Sports Arena, executive director of Booking for the Phoenix Coyotes and, most recently, as senior vice president of Programming at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., for four years.
Ephesus Lighting Inc. has appointed Karl Severance to the position of Business Development manager, where he will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Prior to this, Severance worked for Leotek Electronics USA where he served as regional sales manager since 2013. Before that, he worked as a key account manager for Musco Sports Lighting.
The Agency Group has hired Andy Townsend to its London office to open a new Comedy Division. Townsend joins The Agency Group after working at Kilimanjaro Live, promoting and producing shows and tours for comics like Aziz Ansari and Kevin Hart. Before that, he established PIAS Comedy in the UK, which acquired and released content from comics like Jeff Dunham, Russell Peters and Gabriel Iglesias, and helped launch its international distribution network. Townsend started his career working in the music industry at Nude Records before making the move to comedy.

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Miami-Dade County, Fla., has named Elizabeth Wallace as vice president of programming. Wallace joined the Arsht Center as senior director, Programming in 2008, and was promoted to assistant vice president in 2011. Wallace spearheaded the development of the Center’s signature John S. and James L. Knight Masterworks classical music series, now in its sixth season.
