Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band have made our Hot Tickets chart this week with a sold-out performance at United Center, Chicago, on Jan. 19. With 19,000 fans in attendance, the Jam Productions-promoted event grossed more than $2.75 million in ticket sales alone. Springsteen has just announced an additional 14 North American dates to his ongoing The River Tour, which will wrap up with two shows in Brooklyn, N.Y.at Barclays Center April 23-25 before heading to Portugal.
The sold-out Calibash 2016 Festival was a smashing success for the KXOL Mega 96.3FM hosted event. The star-studded night, promoted by Goldenvoice and AEG Live, featured Snoop Dogg and Lil Jon, as well as the hottest Latin music stars including J Balvin, Prince Royce, and Nicky Jam. With nearly 17,000 fans in the crowd, celebrities including Justin Bieber, Floyd Mayweather, and Larry Hernandez made onstage appearances at Staples Center, Los Angeles on Jan. 24. With ticket prices ranging from $21 to $176, the event grossed $1.375 million in ticket sales.
