What did you think you would do when you were a kid? Football and basketball coach, teacher.
Where did you go to college? The College of New Jersey.
First job in the industry: Group sales, Philadelphia Wings indoor lacrosse team.
What is your favorite part of the job? The people I get to work with every single day.
What is your least favorite part of the job? I love it all, but the travel can be tough on my family.
What would you be doing if you weren’t in your job? League office, coach / teacher or politics.
Who are your favorite mentors? Jim Van Stone (Monumental Sports), Chad Estis (Dallas Cowboys), Scott O’Neil (HBSE), Tim Leiweke (OVG), Jed York (49ers), Paraag Marathe (49ers).
What do you do in your free time? Hang out with my family and coach my girls’s sports teams.
Favorite book / movie / theater show: "Start With Why," by Simon Sinek; "Goodfellas"; my daughters’ school plays.
What would people be surprised to learn about you? There is a rumor that I can dance — once approached by Juilliard.
Best advice you’ve ever received: Work hard and be nice to people.
Favorite live event you’ve attended: Professional: The “pick at the Stick” (final game at Candlestick Park); Personal: Game 7 NBA Eastern Conference Finals, 2001 (Iverson scores 54 to win).
Biggest achievement in your career: Levi’s Stadium and Cowboys Stadium projects.
Best day on the job: June 8, 2010: The city of Santa Clara vote on Levi’s Stadium. If that ballot measure doesn’t pass, then the stadium never happens.
Worst day on the job: Feb. 3, 2013: Losing the Super Bowl against the Ravens.
