Snoqaulmie Casino, Seattle

The Snoqualmie Casino located outside Seattle, has announced that TicketForce is now handling all of its ticketing needs for its Mountain View Plaza and Snoqualmie Ballroom entertainment spaces. Ticketmaster previously serviced the venue.

“About one year ago, Snoqualmie Casino introduced the brand statement, ‘Above it All,’” said Scott Smith, Snoqualmie Casino’s executive director of marketing. “We wanted our brand statement to be reflected in our ticketing experience. TicketForce clearly demonstrated its capabilities to help us deliver on our brand promise with its marketing support, technology and ability to truly engage as a partner, and not simply as a vendor.”

The venue will utilize a private label ticketing solution that is designed to virtually eliminate ticketing fees, while streamlining the ticketing process.

“The timing was right, and the casino was ready to make a change and control their fees,” said Lynne King Smith, TicketForce CEO. “We had a short time frame to work with, since the goal was to get the Summer Series on sale.”

TicketForce is in the process of building a new branded website for the casino and training its box office personnel. The company also provided box office equipment for the casino, including hand-held scanners.

The casino’s new ticketing platform includes a flat fee structure where Snoqualmie Casino pays a small usage fee for tickets on- and off-line. This allows the venue to maintain their brand, while receiving ticket money as soon as tickets are sold.

“Ticketing fees will be as low as $1 for their buyers,” King Smith said. “The casino also will wrap fees into the ticket price in conjunction with the performers.”

Currently, TicketForce services a number of casinos, including Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort in Flagstaf, Ariz.,Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in Chandler, Ariz., Rolling Hills Casino in Corning, Calif., Gold Country Casino & Hotel in Oroville, Calif., and Hialeah (Fla.) Park Racing & Casino.

“We’ve done a great job developing business in the Northwest,” said Scott Greeban, sales executive with TicketForce. “The casino market in Washington state and Oregon offers tremendous potential for us.”
