Collins Named Fair CEO

After a nationwide search, the Board of Directors of the State Fair of West Virginia voted unanimously to appoint Kelly Tuckwiller Collins to the position of CEO, effective immediately. Collins earned a degree in journalism and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and joined the fair staff in 2012 as Agricultural Competitions manager. In 2014, she was named Operations manager, while also working as public relations manager for WELD in Oak Hill, W. Va. Collins is also a graduate of the Internationl Association of Fairs and Events Institute of Fair Management and a member of the IAFE Agriculture Committee.
