Invictus Entertainment Group's Chad Guy stopped to take a photo with Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, as well as Invictus Entertainment Group's Lisa Sechmeister and Jim Cressman, April 10, in Penticton, B.C. The company promoted the group's four Canadian dates in British Columbia.
Florida Georgia Line recently wrapped up their Invictus Entertainment Group-promoted string of dates in Canada, including a stop April 9 at Abbotsford (B.C.) Entertainment & Sports Centre that brought out more than 6,000 people. Next, the duo makes a quick appearance at Neal S. Blaisdell Center April 24 in Honolulu before headlining Stagecoach at Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif., April 27. The tour is currently scheduled to wind through the U.S. — with two more stops in Canada at Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto, Aug. 28, and MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Oct. 2 — before wrapping Oct. 25 at Gexa Energy Pavilion in Dallas.
Another Stagecoach artist made our Hot Tickets chart this week with his successful Let It Ride tour. Brantley Gilbert showed up twice on the chart with shows at CenturyLink Center, Bossier City, La., and La Crosse (Wis.) Center, both of which had tickets ranging from $25-$37. He has an April 24 show at Stockton (Calif.) Arena before his festival date April 25 in Indio. He'll follow that with a show the very next night at Pozo (Calif.) Saloon.
Miley Cyrus grossed more than $1.1 million during her March 29 performance at Bell Centre in Montreal. But Cyrus probably won't be making the charts again very soon, as a severe allergic reaction landed her in the hospital, which has caused her to cancel or postpone several tour stops including an April 7 date at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, N.C. (rescheduled to Aug. 6), and an April 15 date at Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo. (rescheduled for Aug. 12). The European dates for her Bangerz tour, which kicks off May 2 at Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, will begin as scheduled.
