Joe Dolan has been named general manager of the Global Spectrum-operated Mullins Center on the campus of University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Since 2011, Dolan has served as the assistant general manager of the Global Spectrum-managed Roanoke (Va.) Civic Center, which included a coliseum, performing arts theater, exhibit hall and special events center. He joined Global Spectrum as an event production intern in 2007 after graduating from the University of South Carolina in Columbia with a degree in Sports and Entertainment Management. In 2009, he became the event manager at the company's flagship arena, Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Dolan replaces Shane Cadwell who has become GM of the Global Spectrum-managed Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, N.M.
